Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling studio time, visiting our facility at 250 Richmond St W, Suite 320, Toronto, ON, or accessing gomnitzam.pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not book our services.

2. Studio Bookings & Session Rates

• Our standard studio recording session is priced at 190 EUR for a 2-hour reserved block.
• The session fee covers facility access, use of up to 4 Shure SM7B broadcast microphones, dedicated sound technician monitoring, and delivery of raw 24-bit multitrack WAV stems.
• Sessions commence and conclude strictly at the booked scheduled time. Overtime beyond the 2-hour window is subject to studio availability and additional hourly rates.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

We allocate dedicated engineer time and block the acoustic room exclusively for your booking:

• Notice of 48 Hours or More: Full reschedule or cancellation credit without financial penalty.
• Notice Under 48 Hours: Subject to a 50% studio reservation fee to cover committed engineering resources.
• No-Shows: The session fee is forfeited in full.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all audio, video, dialogue, musical elements, and conceptual content recorded during your session. gomnitzam claims zero copyright, licensing rights, or ownership in your materials. We will never share or publish your recordings without prior written authorization.

5. Conduct & Equipment Care

Clients and guests agree to treat studio hardware, acoustic wall diffusers, and microphone booms with professional care. Any intentional damage or reckless handling of studio gear will remain the financial responsibility of the booking organizer.

6. Limitation of Liability

While gomnitzam employs commercial-grade redundant recording systems (dual memory cards and local uncompressed multi-track caching), our maximum liability for any unforeseen technical interruption or equipment failure is strictly limited to rebooking the session or refunding the session fee paid.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
