• Technical Information: IP address, device type, browser identifiers, and site interaction data gathered via web server logs and tags.

Our website utilizes Google Ads measurement tags (Tag ID: AW-18439528170). In strict compliance with privacy standards and Google Consent Mode v2:

We store a backup of your raw files on our secure local RAID server for fourteen (14) days following your session to facilitate download verification, after which the local working copies are permanently expunged unless an ongoing archival agreement has been contracted.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or contact details to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary for studio operations (such as secure cloud storage hosting) or when compelled by lawful legal requests in Ontario, Canada.
